Prices
Development
$100–300 A simple system, tool, or workspace setup.
If your project is simple, clear, or thoroughly described, we can provide you with a fixed price estimate based on the received information.
If your project is complex, unclear, or may contain "hidden variables", we will suggest working on an hourly basis and provide an estimate of the hours needed to complete it.
If the project’s scope includes operations with factual data, we handle it with the utmost care. If we need to extract it to a local device (e.g., to upload it to a different app), it is deleted as soon as the task is completed.
We only require temporary access to your data if it is necessary, and we advise you to revoke it as soon as the project is finished.
We never record, store, share, or manipulate your data in any way beyond what has been agreed upon.
We meet on a Free Discovery call which will help us understand your needs and pain points.
If we can be of service, we agree upon the terms (scope, price, etc.), and once you accept our offer, we proceed to payment/escrow. Currently, there are two payment options you can choose from: Direct PayPal invoicing (50% upfront, 50% upon completion, before handover) and Through UpWork. The second option provides more protection but includes a 10% commission, which will be added on top of the estimate.
After that, we will provide you with a list of needed items (access, documents, information, etc.) and book a preparation call (or calls) where we gather all necessary details and closely examine your workflows and processes.
We make your system/workspace and record show-and-tell video reports at every significant step to keep you informed and ensure we are on the right path.
You review the reports, begin testing the system, and provide feedback. We improve upon it until you are satisfied.
When the structure and core functions are ready and tested, we hand over the system/workspace to you with a detailed video report, a set of instructions (video, text, or both), and a handover call, if needed.
