From Email to Dedicated Cells in Google Sheets with Zapier
When an email is received, specific data points are parsed from its contents and populated into dedicated cells in a row of a Google Sheet. This automation is facilitated by Zapier.

Preparation Once a 50% payment is made or an hourly contract starts, all essential information (logins, screenshots, video recordings, documents, etc.) needs to be provided to start the work.
Development We build your custom, well-structured, and efficient automation system, providing show-and-tell video updates at each key step to keep you informed and aligned.
Feedback You review the reports and provide us with feedback if necessary. We improve upon it until the needed state is reached and you are satisfied.

If your project is complex, unclear, or may contain "hidden variables", we will suggest doing the process analysis and mapping first (after which we will be able to provide a technological solution and the price/time estimate), or at least working on an hourly basis.
All management and automation systems are based on processes. Getting them analyzed and mapped out saves a lot of time/money, and ensures the needed quality of the developed solution.
If the task’s scope includes operations with factual data, we handle it with the utmost care. If we need to extract it to a local device (e.g., to upload it to a different app), it is deleted as soon as the task is completed.
We only require temporary access to your data if it is necessary, and we advise you to revoke it as soon as the project is finished.
We never record, store, share, or manipulate your data in any way beyond what has been agreed upon.

If we can be of service, we agree upon the terms (scope, price, etc.), and once you accept our offer, we proceed to payment/escrow. Currently, there are two options you can choose from: Direct PayPal invoicing (50% upfront, 50% upon completion, before handover - if we work from our account, and 100% upfront - if we work from your apier account) and Through UpWork. The second option provides more protection but includes a 10% commission, which will be added on top of the estimate.
After that, we will provide you with a list of needed items (access, documents, information, etc.) and book a preparation call (if needed) where we gather all necessary details and closely examine your workflows and processes.
We make your system/automation and record show-and-tell video reports at every significant step to keep you informed and ensure we are on the right path.
You review the reports and provide feedback. We improve upon it until you are satisfied.
When it's all ready and tested, we hand over the system/automation to you with a detailed video report, a set of instructions (video, text, or both), and a handover call if needed.
