Automating Stripe Payments with Airtable and Zapier
Problem
Manually managing Stripe payment data was very time-consuming and prone to errors, creating a need for an automated system.
Solution
A system was implemented using an Airtable "CRM" system for storage, Zapier for connecting new/failed payments and refunds automatically to a Client (or creating a new one) and a Product (and Cleint to a Product), and a Google Sheet converter for importing historical Stripe data.
Results
Implementing this system led to:
Eliminating the need for manual data input.
Swift notifications for failed payments and refunds.
Enhanced ability to analyze data across time periods, Products, and Clients.
