Solution
We've built an automated and consolidated management system in Notion (all client and everything else in one place) and a client portal on Softr.
The portal gives clients limited (granular) access, so they only see and can do "things" they are supposed to.
The system brings together the production board, content bank, scheduling hub, and tasks into one central place.
All client details, content submissions, comments, team assignments, and project statuses are easy to access.
Team members have their own boards that automatically show their assigned client content.
Managers use custom dashboards that consolidate assigned clients' information and tasks.
Tasks are created automatically (daily, weekly, and monthly) based on the client's service package.
The system also connects with Monday.com, so content tagged there appears in Notion.
Clients can use the portal to leave comments, set release dates, approve or decline content ideas, and submit new ideas through a form.
A simple button click creates a portal link for new clients, making onboarding much faster.
