The solution was to build a two-part automated workflow involving
Zapier:
- Property Sync: When a new property is created in the initial Airtable database, a Zapier automation instantly creates a corresponding record in a secondary ad tracking database. This step transfers the unique Property ID and a specific "Follow-up Boss Action Plan ID".
- Instant Lead Creation: When a new Facebook ad response is logged, a second Zapier automation triggers. It instantly creates a new lead in the Follow-up Boss CRM and uses the previously synced ID to automatically assign the correct, predefined action plan to that lead.
